I have had my Niwa for a few months now and all of a sudden my temps are ten degrees over the actual temp and was curious if I needed a new sensor and if we can purchase just the sensor. Thanks guys

I’m sorry abot that and we are here to help. Could you please send an email to support@getniwa.com with your user email so we can access your device and diagnose it? Most probably it’s just the offsets settings from the app. Of course, if your unit is defective it will be inmediatelelly replaced.
