Server issues on Tue 27 Jul (SOLVED)

Dear Niwa Community,

At approximately 11.00 am EST we have detected an issue on our servers that may be impacting some users Stats section of the app.

The Grow Hub and its recipe should not be affected at all.

We are working on the issue and we will update the status here ASAP.

UPDATE: We finally solved the problem with our server.

We’ve been testing the server for the last two hours and it’s working as expected. If you were affected, you may have lost some data in your charts (i.e. stats) section. This issue has not affected the normal operation of your Niwa Grow Hub and all grow recipes have continued running.
