Thanks for messaging us. From looking at the settings, I would say this A/C unit is going to draw too much power to the Niwa Grow Hub outlet. We made a post about A/C units where you can read more (click here).

The Niwa Grow Hub can be used only as a trigger for an A/C (with an external contactor relay), you should not plug any A/C machine directly to the Hub as most probably will overload it and void the guarantee.
